In keeping with the values of Sanatan Dharma, to foster, promote and spread the teachings of the Adi Yogi Shiva; to advance, promote, spread and propagate the principles and tenants of Sanatan Dharma and to establish, maintain and advance its doctrines and discipline; to uplift human consciousness to promote tolerance, humanity and love by practicing the Santani way of spiritual practice; to stimulate and foster the religious development of all men, women and children; to endeavor to inculcate and maintain high moral and ethical standards in all men, women and children: to act as agents of positive change by manifesting the presence of a higher deity, to secure, acquire, appeal for and solicit funds publicly and privately for the purposes of the corporation; to acquire, maintain, take and hold conveyance, bequest gift or devises, real and personal property for the purpose of the corporation; to take and hold grants, donations, bequests and devises of real and personal property, jointly and in trust, and apply the same, or the income therefore under the directions of the trustees or officers of the corporation for the purposes thereof.

In furtherance of its corporate purposes, the corporation shall have all the general powers enumerated in Section 202 of the Not-for-profit Corporation Law, together with the power to solicit grants and contributions for the corporate purposes. To accept, hold, invest, reinvest and administer an gifts, bequests, devises, benefits of trusts (but not to act as trustee of any trust), and property of any sort without limitation as to amount or value and to use, disburse or donate the income or principal thereof exclusively for charitable purposes; to receive, establish, and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and subject to any restrictions and limitations hereinafter set forth, to use aid apply the whole or any part of the income there from and principal thereof exclusively for charitable, scientific, and benevolent purposes either directly or by funding programs or projects that accomplish such charitable and benevolent purposes. Nothing herein shall authorize this corporation, directly or indirectly, to engage in or include among it purposes, any of the activities mentioned in the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, Section 404(a).(v).
